Ensuring respondent integrity, however, was a different story. Understanding how to identify a low-quality respondent with high quality responses was a challenge.
Why would I want to get rid of high quality responses?
A high quality response doesn’t always equate to a high quality respondent. With AI, it’s now incredibly easy for fraudsters to become "omniscient experts” and provide reasonable answers and relevant jargon to hyper-specific questions. A fraudster in Bangladesh can now easily moonlight as an optometrist in California.
What’s the result of these newfound “high quality” responses? Junk data that lacks unique perspectives suggesting respondents answer uniformly.
Testing Verisoul
Kadro implements an extensive range of in-house quality checks, from survey speeding, logic checks, open end reviews, and more. Despite these efforts, it was clear that more could be done to enhance data quality. Staying true to their value set, when Kadro heard of a new solution called Verisoul through one of their tech-savvy partners in 2025, they decided to trial it and compare the results head to head.
Immediately, the impact was clear. With Verisoul, Kadro was able to block 15% more fraud than they were catching via in-house quality checks. These fraudsters fell in the camp of low quality respondents with “high quality” data.

Verisoul uniquely excels at detecting location spoofers and fraud rings via active device & network checks and probabilistic matching. Outdated approaches, like IP list look-ups, are ineffective against today’s sophisticated fraudsters - Verisoul’s active network and device checks allowed them to identify never-before-seen proxies on otherwise clean IPs.
Thus, Verisoul was uniquely able to help Kadro ensure high quality insights for their premier customer base.

Fraud: Verisoul catches an incremental 15% of fraud that evaded existing detection across a wide range of in-house checks.
Time: Kadro is reinvesting those 15-20 hours spent on data cleaning into other parts of their business.
Pipeline: Now, when clients ask about data quality, they not only share who they are using, but also make an introduction. Verisoul is currently working through pilots with several of Kadro’s brand customers.
