Before Verisoul, Wiza found that users would create multiple accounts to scale data credit scraping - ranging from “friendly fraud” with 2-3 accounts to high-scale fraud rings with thousands of accounts.
Avoid compliance and legal issues. As Wiza hosts sensitive contact data on its platform (names, emails, phone numbers etc), it needs to ensure that PII isn’t being harvested for illegal purposes by bad actors.
Why switch from IPQS to Verisoul?
No Configurability: Wiza found IPQS challenging to use because of “black box” responses that contained scores with no rationale and “one-size-fits all” outputs that could not be configured easily
